Get the benefit of my experience assessing and advising hundreds of tech organisations around the world, all packed into a single intense morning. I cover every aspect of your team's performance, from code and architecture to product design, from recruitment and budget to technology leadership, and I give clear, unequivocal recommendations for immediate action. I'm super-efficient with your time and that of your leaders, as we just need a few hours to cover all of the above (it's intense, plan a nap afterwards). If needed, for an additional fee I can supply a one-page summary of my observations and recommendations, delivered before the end of the day of our meeting.

How it works

No prep work is needed; at a mutually convenient time, I spend a few hours quizzing appropriate executives (typically CEO, CTO, and VP Product, or similar roles).
